The Foundation Company draws on the experience and expertise of John and Grant Wilson.

Over the past 45 years, John Wilson has built a solid reputation for honesty, reliability and quality workmanship in repiling. His well-known Wellington repiling company, John Wilson Repiling, has repiled and leveled 100’s of houses in the greater Wellington region.

John’s son Grant Wilson has founded The Foundation Company, building on the legacy of his father’s company. Grant has an equally solid reputation in the building industry and is now able to bring the experience and knowledge of Wilson Building to all types of foundation work.

The Foundation Company is a member of Site Safe New Zealand and work is overseen by Licensed Building Practitioners.

3.  We take care of the paperwork, and lodge all consent applications with the Council.

4.  Once consent is granted, we'll get the work done along with all the necessary inspections.

WHO ARE WE?

We're an experienced team and we take pride in quality workmanship.

The Foundation Company is led by Grant Wilson who has over 30 years experience in the construction industry. John Wilson is also involved with the business in the role of Estimating Manager.

The Foundation Company has a dedicated team of permanent employees who have significant experience in repiling homes throughout Wellington and the Hutt Valley, and all work is overseen by a Licensed Building Practitioner.
