We also offer strong relationships with some of Wellington’s best ground work contractors to help ensure your foundation package is competitively priced and undertaken by experienced teams.

A foundation slab package is likely to include the following, leaving a completed slab ready for your builder to take over and complete the rest of your project.

Supply and place all concrete and reinforcing

All site earthworks and backfilling

All site and under foundation plumbing and drainage

Installing site specific engineered piling systems
